Daily Duties at Spherion/Kelly Services :

Work on temporary, as needed basis with area organizations as assigned through staffing agency. Diver Assistant, Legal Secretary, Administrative Assistant to CFO of Finance & three financial Associates. Highlights: Provide (d) a diverse array of office management, administrative skills as needed. Assist in development, & programming of Excel reports. Prepare, analyze, maintain and provide daily detailed assessments for company headquarters. Payroll, daily employee reports, Placement Agency- Served as assistant to Human Resource Director, Insurance- Provided customer service and insurance claim processing. Banking- Support staff for CFO and two associates.
