Daily Duties at Vca North America:
Troubleshooting servers, desktop, laptops, printers, facsimile machines, copier problems Technical phone support for other offices and outside engineers Building and rebuilding servers, desktops, and laptops Maintain all OS and software updates Networking Manage VPN Manage backup and emergency disaster recovery Manage Accounts Receivables and Payables. Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual Financial Reports. Manage all expense and income budgets. Annual 1099’s Invoicing Bank reconciliations Deposits and ACH transactions Payroll Petty Cash Purchasing
