On daily basis responsible for processing material and disbursement requisitions; submitting orders for approval and purchase order number; purchasing and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies; negotiating with vendors to obtain quotes on prices and delivery times; placing orders with vendors by fax/phone; updating records in database using Maximo and Oracle databases; filing paperwork for completed orders; re-ordering inventory/stock items.
