Daily Duties at Serco:

Performed a variety of tasks involving accounted ID Cards/CAC, maintained a signature card file of personnel authorized to receive ID/CAC, verified eligibility for cards and privileges through review of necessary legal documentation (marriage, divorce, birth and death certificates, adoption papers, court orders establishing dependency, and medical statements for incapacitated family members). Suggested an alternate solution and/or explained available options according to regulation, issued ID/CACs to eligible military personnel, family members, and civilian personnel utilizing the RAPIDS workstation.
