Daily Duties at Esse Health:
I was the lead receptionist for this hectic Internal Medicine practice. I scheduled appoints, greeted patients, and collected their copays. I was incharge of maintaining charts, making sure all reports were filed in them correctly and then alpabetizing them back into their spots. Towards the end of my time here, I was responisble for scanning them into the computer, so the doctor could have them a the touch of a finger through his computer. I was also responsible for writing requests for presciption refills and having the doctor sign off on them and then I would either call them into the pharmacy or fax them in.
