Daily Duties at Aquila:

I work in the call center, answering inbound billing questions, creating new accounts, and placing emergency work orders, among other things. I am also crossed-trained in credit & collections to process ids/leases for new accounts, in order to avoid fraud and to collect monies owed to the company. I am also a mentor for new hires and a peercoach for others whom struggle with thier scores on calls.
