Daily Duties at Countryside Assisted Living:

• Managed the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting including income statements, balance sheets and key performance indicators. • Managed all aspects of newly hired employees to include: orientation of company policies and procedures; verifying and submitting insurance enrollees; performing criminal background checks. • Managed all payroll, all a/p and a/r duties to include: preparing cash receipts, invoice batches, ancillary forms, journal entries, reconciliations of balance sheets and checkbooks; postings to the general ledger. • Continually developed and coached staff to effectively understand, meet and exceed changing business needs.
