Daily Duties at Ntelos:

• Manage the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting including revenue reports, balance sheets and key performance indicators for senior officers, vice-presidents, and directors. • Develop, analyze and interpret statistical and financial information to appraise operating results and performance against budget and formulate trends. • Coordinate schedules, reports, procedures and resolution of issues with other departments. • Prepare journal entries, accruals, reconcilations of balance sheets, postings to the general ledger, analyze accruals vs. actuals. • Process monthly commissions for approximately 850 employees and 400 indirect agents. • Prepare and book journal entries, accruals and postings to the general ledger. • Continually develop and coach managers and representatives to effectively understand, meet and exceed changing commission needs. • Answer questions and make necessary changes as requested by indirect agents and commissionable employees, when needed.
