Supervisor – Front End/Imaging Operations Joined the team prior to the business redesign and implementation of an imaging/ICR and workflow management system. • Business lead working with vender working from collecting business requirements through development, testing and implementation. Also responsible for maintaining detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports. • Responsible to internal clients for service agreements including the timeliness of the delivery of paper and electronic claims.
