Manager – Provider Information and Credentialing Directly manage staff performing provider configuration, credentialing, business analysis, provider service and quality auditing. Full budget responsibilities. • Responsible for improving provider service which included developing technical and business requirements, staffing estimates, facilities management and implementation. • Improved accuracy of system inputs from 78% to 98% by improving training, developing new SOPs and providing timely feedback and audit tracking tools. • Responsible for daily inventory and timeliness of provider correspondence. • Surpassed goals in completed applications on time processing from 153 average days to 60 days by identifying improvements and efficiencies. • Managed team responsible for the design, implementation and training on new system. • Department lead on redesign team charged with the implementation of Q/Care. • Successfully implemented a process for dual maintenance of all providers on two systems.
