Produced strategy and marketing materials, recruited and led a project team of over 50 volunteer Dow leaders. - Managed communications, process and reporting of $3 million/year in local charitable contributions for The Dow Chemical Company Foundation and Michigan Operations Equipment Donations Program. - Established Site Leaders Network (SLN) Employee Recognition Program; over 200 employees nominated and rewarded in first year. - Supervised seven public affairs budgets totaling $4 million annually.
