Daily Duties at Copperfields Brewing Company:
• Implimenting, Auditing and assisting in the review of the quality assurance management system of the brewery in order to ensure that the quality of Timwenge No.1 beer produced meet agreed quality standards and specifications. • Conducting sales promotions. • Conducting marketing research and customer sensitization on our product developments. • Ensure Total Planned Preventive Maintenance of factory equipment in order to minimize machine downtime. • Plan, monitor and co-ordinate the activities and operations of the Production, Engineering and Quality assurance functions of the firm in order to ensure high productivity... • Inventory control of raw materials and finished products. • Enhance occupational health and safety. • Optimise the use of the raw materials, human and financial • Monitor and control the operations of the Brewery including receipt of raw materials, storage of Timwenge No.1 beer, handling and distribution of Packed and bulk beer in a cost effective manner
