.Open customer accounts .Assist clients with account maintenance issues, name /address changes, reconciliation and research requests .Research and resolve customer complaints .Selling and cross selling suitable bank products and services to meet clients needs .Maintain current client relationships .Provide exemplary customer service to clients while adhering to policies and procedures .Establish client information files .Perform and assist with other branch related duties as needed .Consumer Loans .Ensure the efficient flow of operations within the branch .Conduct staff meetings of personel to discuss changes in policy, redirection of sales emphasis to other programs or to propose methods and procedures to increase firms share of local market and trade volume .Manage Branch in absence of Branch Manager .Daily NSF Report .Monthly Reg CC Letters
