Network with other social service agencies to provide resources for clients and staff, made contact with agencies to expand access to service for liaison, reviewed client data sheets, worked with liaisons to address client concerns and managed liaisons with daily process. Community Liaison: Identified and network with community resources in an assigned area, assisted clients with social service needs, collected client data, compiled reports, assisted eligible clients/seniors with the application process for government programs, advocate for clients on job sites, conducted workshops on interviewing techniques, resume writing, financial planning, performed presentation, and other related duties.
