-Asset Management for the Asset Acquisitions department -IMAC requests for software, new hires, equipment, reallocation, relocation and outgoing associates – Authorized Requestor -Contingent worker management in EASI -Coordination of all new hire needs and Point of contact for facilities and administration -Travel arrangements and processing expense reports -Supply management and FedEx account administration -Meeting and conference call coordination -Compose meeting minutes, memos and other correspondence -Invoice processing and signing authority updates -PTO and over time report management -PowerPoint (Visio) charts and presentations -Business Objects report creation -Supervised department intern (2005) -ACD call tracking and report creation -Creation of new hire process and procedures -Correspondent Client list maintenance and Asset Info reporting -XP migration project coordination for Asset Acquisitions -Asset Acquisition division job preference placement -Editing the emergency action plan for Asset Acquisitions
