Daily Duties at Department Of Health & Human Services:
Responsible for collecting, and maintaining nursing home penalty intake case information with potential telephone, and in-office cliental (health law and bankruptcy). Legal research for various health law matters, answering Discovery, scheduling and preparing for depositions & trials and requesting medical records. Filing, photocopying, typing, and responsible for all traditional phases of support including file maintenance, and other legal projects as assigned.
