Daily Duties at Kaiser It:
independent judgment, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, influence, consult and negotiate to present a solid business case for staffing initiatives in partnership across all levels. As a senior level staffing professional, I possess a strong knowledge of the principles and practices of Staffing and Human Resources Management. As an experienced Consultant/Contractor that understands the importance of being able to hit-the-ground-running. This comes with the breath of knowledge it takes to ingrate ones self in a company’s environment, and produce quick professional results. As a sought-after known professional I have been bought on board to handle highly critical projects, deal with challenging managers, hard-to-finds, cultivating a pool of passive talent, and one that understands the importance of candidate motivational closure. I understand the importance of close partnerships within the HR department, in the support of building organizational capabilities and effectiveness programs. I have managed and driven critical projects for competency assessments, employee development, and career management, full-life-cycle staffing improvement processes and procedures, as well as, the implementation and driving of a strategic metrics environment that ensured staffing integration across the organization, that included; recruiting strategies, recruiting tools, resume tracking, H1B visa strategies, identification of source, salary trends, offer acceptance verse turn downs, cost per hire, create reports to help understand hiring trends, non-traditional recruiting methods, coordinate and administration of salary changes, new hire orientation, candidate experience improvements, promotion of company’s “Employer of Choice” campaigns, competency based assessments programs to close gaps identified, gauge the effectiveness of these programs to ensure sufficient progress is made to be in alignment with the organizations goals. You will find me to be highly effective at building strong alliances and partnerships within the organizations that will provide the opportunity to accomplish goals and objectives at being a world class, well-respected staffing department within the organization.
