Daily Duties at Compu Credit Corporation :
Selected to provide predictive systems administration and support to multiple sites of one of the largest receivables management companies in the U.S. • Chosen for system support and business analysis role for an information technology driven direct marketer of branded credit cards and related fee based company. • Administered CompuCredit’s mainframe and call management system designed to support both centralized and distributed call centers. • Managed uploads and downloads of files from vendors and updates to the host system using FTP. • Developed auditing processes and reports that ensure processes are performing as expected in a 2003 Server Enterprise Environment. • Created SAS programs to transform the wide variety of data within the organization into useful information. • Maintained companies network, mainframe and dialer user accounts and passwords. • Skillfully handles system related issues to ensure system readiness within one business day. • Conducts research and development in predictive systems and call center technologies at user conferences and through client visits. • Worked with Avaya engineers to successfully install and setup a new dialer system and Avaya VOIP systems at company’s corporate head office. • Responsible for support of all programs that reside on the Mosaix dialer software platform, daily support of business analysis and account flow for all client data residing on the system. • Designed and facilitated courses for beginner, intermediate and advanced level dialer users.
