• Manage and organize projects from design through implementation, ensuring that project milestones are met, while successfully managing the department to achieve these goals. • Actively involved in new branch construction and design, managing voice and data installations, purchase and installation of hardware, software and telephone systems. • Supervise staff through daily operations, projects, conversions and annual review process. • Voice and data communications planning, maintaining, troubleshooting, including Disaster Recovery planning and testing. • Responsible for information security as a member of the Security Response Team and through managing a provider implementation of an Intrusion Detection System and Firewall. • Contract management including contract review and renegotiation for better terms, better pricing and/or more services. • Manage key vendors to ensure services are being provided as contracted and to ensure timely resolution of any service related issues. • Develop the annual budget for bank wide information systems.
