• Issue diagnosis and technical support over phone and face to face. • Track progress of computers using online database (ticketing tool) and written forms • Research and collaborate with other technicians to solve problems • Work primarily with Microsoft Windows XP, but have experience with Microsoft Windows 95, 98, ME, Vista, Linux SUSE 10.1 and Mac OS X • Service and repair computers belonging to students and faculty that have problems ranging from virus removal to hardware issues
