Filled in for courier and switchboard operator (½ day daily) with over 700 incoming calls per day. Worked with FedEx, DHL, and UPS online system. Filing and answered phone for department. Responsible for ordering supplies and inventory of stock room. Prepared reports for courier service and monthly reports of mailing machines.
