As the founder/partener and OSJ my responsibilities included:Recruiting, hiring and training our sales team. Creating and quarterly monitoring business plans and performance reviews. Developing marketing, advertising and customized employer plan materials. Web-site design and related link site development with association/alliances and credit unions. Case development, case acquisition, plan design and implementation of employer-sponsored retirement plan enrollments. Sales practices and supervision of all compliance related issues.
