Transcribed from voice-recorded dictation, supervised office assistants (8), kept records of employees' leave, advised supervisor of necessary problems/matters, attended meeting for supervisor in his absence, monitored unit's budget, prepared schedule for rotation of switch board staff, was in charge of office supplies, xerox machines, tested new computer programs, trained other staff to use word processing programs, arranged conferences and meetings, prepared expense accounts, prepared itineraries, arranged flights and hotel reservations for supervisor when attending conferences out-of-town, took phone messages, trained new clericals, tour guide of the Rehabilitation Center, paid agency credit card statements via FIMS (using AS 400)system, other duties as assigned.
