� Reviewed and analyzed monthly and annual financial statements for a 13 office, $130M engineering firm � Implemented procedures for an annual, internal fixed asset audit resulting in savings of over $50,000 in property taxes. � Organized and facilitated monthly meetings with project managers to discuss status of active projects and outstanding receivables resulting in a 10 day reduction in the days receivables outstanding and a 1% reduction in costs from project related errors ($130,000 savings). � Prepared year-end tax and financial projections. � Managed staff of 15 in the areas of A/P, A/R and G/L.
