Administrative Seccretary, compose my own correspondence to members for information regarding eligibility for insurance, proof and recommend grammar changes on correspondence prepared by other clericals, as well as managers, recommend changes in correspondence prepared by other clerical staff, as well as management staff, proof hundreds policy holder criteria making sure all information for eligibility status has been provided, proof hundreds of insurance forms from policy holders for accuracy of addresses and phone numbers daily; track and contact benefit coordinators to locate policy holders who move, leaving no forwarding address(es).
