� Managed the preparation, recording, maintenance, reporting, and presentation, in accordance with US GAAP, and in an accurate and timely way, all internal and external financial statements, including quarterly (10Q) and annual (10K) SEC filings, for eight reporting divisions; � Assisted with due diligence, disclosures and issues that have arisen through four acquisitions; � Calculated the impact and produced disclosure of FASB 123(R) for inclusion in the 1st and 2nd quarter 10Q. � Worked with the internal audit department to ensure the Company is in compliance on a timely basis with the provisions of Sarbanes-Oxley Act and in particular Section 404; � Participated in the budgeting and forecasting process and tracked actual performance against budget; � Responsible for coaching, developing, and leading a team of 8.
