Daily Duties at Dst Output:
• Successfully managed print and mail development for various mutual fund investment clients, as well as other high visibility clients demanding successful invoice detail and presentation for customers. • Interfaced with clients to retrieve business and technical requirements, as well as organized conference calls with internal software engineers, programmers, designers and clients to ensure that all implementations were moved to production prior to the target date provided to the client. • Created and managed billing reports, status reports, defect reports, data mapping, and project plans for the department.
