Daily Duties at The Ranch House:

) As the General Manager I was responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant. I used Word, Excel, and Power Point to track labor cost, food cost, liquor cost, beer cost, wine cost, supply cost, food ordering, scheduling, and supply ordering, daily sales, weekly sales, and monthly sales. I was also responsible for the training and development of employees which consisted of fifty waiters, five bartenders, four bussers, ten hosts, fifteen cooks, four dishwashers, and two assistant managers. I coordinated with our boss our daily, weekly, and monthly costs in our performance and labor report. I was also involved with our vendors in pricing for products, and development of new items. I ensured that company, city, state, and federal polices were followed.
