Daily Duties at Viewpoint Bank:

As the Assistant Branch Manger my responsibilities dealt mostly with the operations of the branch. I was responsible for the auditing of branch cash balances, check balances, retention, and branch documents such as loans, new accounts, and account maintenance. Other duties were also planning and preparing balance sheets and budgets, responsible for selling and ordering cash for the branch, interviewing and assisting in the hiring of prospective employees, and monitoring labor and supply costs. I ensured that company policies and federal regulations were being followed. I was also responsible for the training, development, scheduling, and performance evaluations of branch employees which consisted of two tellers and three financial representatives. I assisted the Branch Manager in meeting our sales goals and keeping them informed of our operations. I used Word, Excel, and Power Point to show our operations status, monitor cash balances, and track our auditing.
