Review Spreadsheets,purchase Orders, Bill of Lading and or other documents for Invoicing verification. Handled incoming calls from National Customers, Agent, and Drivers. Researched refund inquires, billing errors, information request, and problem resolution. Access system files, issue stop payments and suspension of work orders pending further information; for billing statement verifications. Process C.O.D., Corporation, and Cash Accounts according to contract.
