Daily Duties at Wisconsin Southern Gas Company:

Personnel Manager for bargaining unit employees. Supervised relief clerks assigned to district offices, service center and administrative work stations. Interviewed, tested, prepared appropriate tax forms and conducted orientation for new hires. Maintained personnel files, insurance documents, recorded and submitted worker compensation claims. Updated policy manuals and handled employees complaints. Assisted the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer with general accounting issues. Reconciled bank statements, prepared payroll reports and reconciled bank statements. Prepared correspondence, tariff and rate schedules and administratively suported the Directors of Operations, Rates, Controller and Safety Manager. -- Company merged with WE Energies in the 1990s and all executive staff reassigned different positions.
