Daily Duties at Us Army Reserves:

United States Army Reserve 1996- Present Assistant Brigade Operations Officer Additional Positions: Company Commander, Battalion Motor Officer, Staff Officer, Chief of Plans, Maintenance Control Officer � Oversaw the accountability of 350 personnel and over $23 million in equipment. � Managed and supervised the pay, administrative and training functions of the company. � Developed and implemented new training programs involving personnel and unit readiness. � Directed the mobilization, deployment and redeployment of 210 personnel into the Iraqi operations to perform Engineer Operations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and sustained no human casualties. � Deployed over 10 rotations of 50 team personnel and equipment to Germany and El Salvador. � Mobilized, deployed and redeployed 210 personnel and $23 million worth of equipment into Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. � Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of over $100 million in equipment. � Oversaw all maintenance procedures implemented by the battalion commander. � Ensured Battalion maintained 95% operational readiness rating. � Received laudable comments for having one of the best casualty programs in Korea. � Responsible for the plans, operational and training readiness of a 1000 personnel brigade. � Primary contact for physical security and anti-terrorism coordination and training for the brigade. � Conducts inspections of units to insure they are compliant with the current training polices and practices of the United States Army Training Doctrine Command. � Security, Physical Security, Information Security and anti-terrorism manager/officer for the Brigade
