Order Fulfillment Analyst Integration Supervisor Fabrication and Maintenance Supervisor � Provided direction and training on all Order Fulfillment systems. � Recommended action on issues related to option planning, schedule changes and order status. � Monitored Estimate to Cash performance metric. � Analyzed all dealer/customer inquiries on a timely basis, as well as serving as Back Order Fulfillment Coordinator. � Ensured that the departments were in compliance with ISO 9000 and OSHA Standards. � Reduced the budgeted for both departments by 54% for paint and 50% for integration. � A committee member of the plant EEO board. � A member of the departmental production Cost Reduction and Continuous Improvement teams. � Reduced machine down time by 20% through implementing a quick response system. � Monitored all production inventory areas to insure the department met linearity standards
