Worked within the Business Communications Group at a pump manufacturer. Acted as marketing assistant for account managers involved with seven (7) products groups. Coordinated trade show preparations by reserving space and contrator services for national trade shows. Also was Division's accounting and personnel rep. Prepared GL and costing reports for design/and in-house print shop expenses and coded inter-departmental charge back costing. Audited time cards, maintained vacation schedules and audited expense reports for division employees.
