-Implemented recruitment processes and strategies to fill management positions nationally at this 200-store retailer: managed recruiting activities, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluation of skill levels, selection, hiring, on-boarding activities and management of offer processes (reference and background checks, salary recommendations, offer negotiation and letter generation) -Coordinated campus recruitment to support corporate and retail hiring efforts: attended career fairs and conducted on-campus interviews with entry-level and experienced candidates -Proposed and implemented ongoing improvements for retail management interview protocol -Established working relationships with field managers to ensure ongoing improvement of candidate pool and quality of hire -Utilized candidate tracking database to update and maintain candidate information -Conducted needs assessment to identify training needs for new recruiters and developed learning objectives for training
