Daily Duties at Gander Mountain, Inc.:
Assist executive staff with financial, accounting and human resources function for the Catalog-Retail business. Administered Top Hat program for highly compensated individuals, audited 401(k) participation, wrote summary plan descriptions for stock incentive and stock purchase plans, maintained vesting schedules and executed options with brokers and transfer agents. Prepared human resource and finance policies and procedures working with the VP of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Controller, President and Director of HR.
