• Performed actionable analysis producing cost savings, sales increases and operational effectiveness • Grew a 20 store divisional small business sales from $148K in 2003 to $240K in 2004 by enhancing marketing, expanding product offerings and motivating the work force • Conducted breakeven analysis for capital investments and feasibility studies for new ventures • Identified, negotiated and coordinated the phase one rollout of a nationally recognized frozen beverage service expected to produce up to $3.1 MM in net profit • Managed weekly divisional sales/operational performance reporting for an internal Toys”R”Us startup • Played key role in the opening of 13 new concept stores throughout 2003
