Managing Director, A/E Project Managers, & staff of 60 • Prepared, collated & bound design projects • Developed marketing proposals • Setup & maintained filing system • Sorted & distributed departmental incoming mail • Experienced in transmittals, submittals & RFI’s • Distributed faxes to staff • Prepared check requests for various events • Planned & coordinated company open house, and employee corporate parties for 350 people • Submitted expense reports for payment • Scheduled catering for in-house and out of state meetings with clients
