Measurable program improved employee morale. - Responsibility for HR consulting, training and employee development for the firm and external clients. - Planned and implemented compensation and benefit changes, including vendor negotiations to reduce costs while maintaining employee benefit levels. Researched and proposed executive level program. - Created a successful professional recruiting and interviewing process resulting in higher caliber new hires. - Reviewed and updated employee P & P manual.
