Daily Duties at Midlands Management Corporation:

• Assist with daily operations of the marketing department, including various administrative functions for the Executive Vice President of Marketing • Coordinate & create broadcast e-mails on Constant Contact • Help produce & revise marketing brochures • Follow up on leads from media sources • Perform regular updates to company’s internet & intranet • Coordinate conference/event attendance, sponsorships, etc. • Order stationary for company • Coordinate media placement & press releases with advertising agency • Review expense & call reports submitted by marketing representatives • Manage the company’s biggest marketing effort as assigned by the C.E.O. • Order promotional items as requested and approved by C.E.O. • Prepare the C.E.O.’s & Executive V.P. of Marketing’s monthly expense reports • Responsible for tracking all invoices & expenses against marketing budget • Create & maintain database and spreadsheet files • Sign on behalf of superior, as delegated, his or her name to correspondence, vouchers, & other forms of consequence • Update company broker profile & copy & distribute as necessary • Prepare proposed annual marketing budget • Provide administrative assistance to the executive management staff • Transcribe dictation and compose & prepare confidential correspondence, reports & other complex documents • Arrange detailed travel plans & itineraries • Assist with various special projects (storage, office relocations, etc.)
