Mapped Networks & IT support. Assisted the Financial Director & Processed all Purchase Orders for payments. Ordered all office equipment & supplies. Managed small payment accounts, requisitions & petty cash float. Individual Income Tax. Daily Account Backups. Handled Directors & Officers Liability Insurance. Assisted with audits. Maintained employee data base incl. payroll information on system. Maintained all Non-executives of the Board‘s records. Kept Time & Attendance Register. Event coordination & conference planning. Assisted with sports agreements and contracts. Travel arrangements, & diary keeping to three directors and the CEO.
