Prepare and submit written reports on development opportunities available in the USA. Research on all related information. Liaise with property brokers, agents and potential Joint Venture partners in order to inform NI of opportunities in the region. Receive and act on all correspondence relevant to NI. Created client database. Perform all administrative duties as required. Also responsible for all functions of subsidiary companies. International travel when required. Manage company Expenses.
