Boston Public Schools Boston, MA 02108 Office Manager (Staff Assistant) Deputy Superintendent For Family and Community Engagement • Assisted the Deputy in strategic planning • Served as a liaison between parents, community members, and the other special organizations. • Worked with the directors of the district’s four Family Resource Centers to coordinate efforts, plans trainings, schedule meetings, etc. • Conducted research and literature reviews • Assisted with the Hiring and Evaluation process • Organized all aspects of the Family and Community Engagement office (Budgeting, Purchasing, Evaluations, Selection Committees, general clerical)
