• Provided technical support for a multitude of critical technological skills and core business applications • Effectively communicated technical concepts to non-technical end-users • Responsible for backup of all Windows servers using Backup Exec 9. Performed Compaq, Dell, and IBM server configuration, installation, and in-house repair • Worked closely with Senior Management to identify key business goals and implemented Intel systems into the technical design of network resulting in improved firm efficiency and productivity • Administer Intel systems • Administer Active Directory, including Group Policy • Administer Microsoft DNS and DHCP • Deploy/Administer client desktop Intel computers ranging from Microsoft 98 to XP Pro • Administer Intel Windows Server Update Services (SUS) and deployed security patches • Successfully tested Microsoft SMS in a QA environment • Administer email spam filter • Upgraded to/Administer Microsoft Exchange 2002 to 2003 • Upgraded to/Administer Microsoft Sever 2000 to 2003 • Deploy/Administer Windows 2000/2003 in network consisting of 7 servers • Administer servers for monitoring network on a day-to-day basis.
