Daily Duties at Litchford And Christopher:

• Provided technical support for a multitude of critical technological skills and core business applications • Effectively communicated technical concepts to non-technical end-users • Responsible for backup of all Windows servers using Backup Exec 9. Team Project Lead for testing and upgrade to Backup Exec 10 beta. Performed Compaq, Dell, and IBM server configuration, installation, and in-house repair • Worked closely with Senior Management to identify key business goals and implemented Intel systems into the technical design of network resulting in improved firm efficiency and productivity • Administer Intel systems • Administer Active Directory, including Group Policy • Administer Microsoft DNS and DHCP • Deploy/Administer client desktop Intel computers ranging from Microsoft 98 to XP Pro • Administer Intel Windows Server Update Services (SUS) and deployed security patches • Successfully tested Microsoft SMS in a QA environment • Administer email spam filter • Upgraded to/Administer Microsoft Exchange 2002 to 2003 • Upgraded to/Administer Microsoft Sever 2000 to 2003 • Deploy/Administer Windows 2000/2003 in network consisting of 7 servers • Administer servers for monitoring network on a day-to-day basis.
