• Increased multi-million dollar territory revenue by 12.2% in market growing in competition while representing all programs and services that FTD offers and provides to members and prospects • Attained 170% of quota in membership campaign • Consistently rank 1 or 2 in division and in top third of company in sales • Key peer presenter on self marketing in fall sales meetings leading to improved relationships and performance among peers intra- and inter-structurally • Continuously developing new marketing and tracking materials to track growth, customer involvement and sales potential opportunities • Develop & maintain strong and productive working relationship with floral shop owners, prospects, vendors, trade publications and all departments of company personnel with impeccable attendance and follow through • Train and consult with floral shops and company peers on selling yourself, marketing and business strategies by seminars, technology shows, conventions, trade shows, sales meetings including event planning and organizational management • Create new and exciting plans to implement and promote products and services to my customers for consumers • Territory ownership for results, reports, organizational management and promotions, as well as increase support
