I diagnosed and repaired computer problems while maintaining a consumer-friendly relationship with internal users. It was key to learn the inner-workings of a Windows-based system in order to fully discover whatever could be causing a certain problem at any time, so my experience here expanded my knowledge of computers and their operating systems.
