Daily Duties at Quintiles, Inc. :
Responsible for establishing procedures for hiring new employees for the Northeast region and parts of the West Coast; recruited on a large volume (over 100 open positions) for exempt and non-exempt position at all levels (ie clinical, regulatory, business development and IT) of a 300+ person division Hired on average 15 employees per month; screened and interviewed candidates; wrote ads and conducted internet searches to find qualified candidates Performed reference checks and generated from the references; approved open position requisitions; prepared offer letters; handled all supporting documentation relating to hiring new employees. Managed/worked two annual job fairs hosted exclusively by Quintiles (budget $60,000). Selected advertising mediums (ie print ads, web sites and radio), created display advertisements and wrote radio copy for the job fair. Trained supervisors on interviewing techniques for the job fair. Conducted quarterly training classes for manager/supervisors on hiring new employees and the overall hiring process. Wrote SOP for hiring process.
