Daily Duties at Landmark Education:
Planned and executed strategy for growth of the Communication Program through the training and development of the Team Management Leadership Program. Interaction with participants involved leadership development, one on one coaching, feedback sessions and development planning, and team based action learning initiatives. - Increased profitability of the Houston Communication Program 500% in 3 years. - Improved the Houston program from last place in 21 programs across the world in terms of production (defined as seminar participants and Team Management Leadership program participants) to number 1 in 6 months and maintained program status in the top 3 for the duration of my accountability. - Collaborated with 25 Program Directors world wide to develop strategies for improved effectiveness and performance throughout all communication programs enterprise wide.
