Daily Duties at Kelly It Resources :
Recruit IT professionals for all levels developers, programmers, helpdesk, architect, web developers, hardware/software techs and analysts. Conduct searches using various search engines (Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, etc.), internal company database, job fairs, networking and client/customer referrals. Track and maintain recruiting performance/activity reports as required. Place/write ads and post on the internet job boards, screen, interview and prepared candidates for client interviews. Negotiate fair pay rates while achieve company gross profit objectives. Checked references, handled/document drug tests and processed background checks. Perform orientations for new contract employees, prepared new-hire paperwork, maintained HIRS database (KSN), keep track of recruitment progress by use of recruitment software database (Webhire) Generate leads for sales manager. Maintained contract employee files, conduct contract employee evaluations, attend unemployment hearings and prepared for office audit.
