Daily Duties at Valeron Strength Films:

Created, lead and managed strategy for individual leadership and team development with this 100 million dollar subsidiary of ITW. This includes the planning, facilitation and execution of regional coaching, training and performance development designed to improve overall performance related to operations, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain for a business unit of 200 people. - Worked closely with employees on professional development involving executive coaching, employee performance coaching, leadership education/development, and competency development. - Conducted needs assessments; analyzed data sources and organizational structures. Created and implemented performance management and appraisal processes insuring streamlining of management practices and process improvement. - Communicated collaboratively with senior management designing effective talent development plans and programs supporting short and long term business unit goals through coordination and execution of action learning team strategies, identifying training and development needs, and personnel testing for job fit/succession planning.
